Delivery & Shipping Policy

Where Do We Deliver?

We deliver to all major cities and towns across Pakistan, to residential, office, or any valid delivery address. We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.

Estimated Delivery Time

• Orders are delivered within 4 to 7 business days under normal circumstances.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
• Online prepaid orders may undergo additional fraud verification before processing.
• Once dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details (please check spam or junk folders if needed).

Shipping Charges

• Free delivery on online and card payments.
• PKR 299 for Cash on Delivery (COD).

Courier Service Partners

We work with trusted courier companies; the courier used depends on your location. You will receive an email with courier details and a tracking number once shipped.

Missed Delivery Attempts

• If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will contact you to reschedule.
• Delivery will be re-attempted twice before the order is returned to our warehouse.
• If the order is returned due to non-availability, an additional shipping charge may apply for re-dispatch.
