How can I place an order?

  • Standard delivery: 1-2 working days
  • Order placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
How much is the shipping cost?

We offer Free Shipping All Over Pakistan on all orders.
No additional delivery charges will be applied at checkout.

CanI return or exchange a product?

Yes! We allow:

  • Exchanges within 60 days (only for defective items or size issues).
  • Refunds are not available, but we’ll happily exchange the product if it meets the return conditions.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

If you receive a faulty or wrong item:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery via email or contact number.
  • Provide photos of the defect for verification.
  • We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you an email/SMS with the tracking number and courier details.

What happens if I am not available at the time of delivery?
  • The courier will attempt delivery twice.
  • If you miss both attempts, the order will be returned to us.
  • Re-delivery will require an additional shipping charge.
