How can I place an order?
Placing an order is simple:
- Browse your favorite items on our website.
- Add them to your cart and proceed to checkout.
- Provide your shipping details and select your payment method.
- Confirm your order, and you're done!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
How long will my order take to arrive?
- Standard delivery: 3-5 working days
- Sale/peak season: 8-12 working days
- Order placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
How much is the shipping cost?
- Orders below 3500 PKR → Flat 200 PKR shipping fee
- Orders above 4000 PKR → Free shipping!
CanI return or exchange a product?
Yes! We allow:
- Exchanges within 7 days (only for defective items or size issues).
- Refunds are not available, but we’ll happily exchange the product if it meets the return conditions.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If you receive a faulty or wrong item:
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery via email or contact number.
- Provide photos of the defect for verification.
- We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you an email/SMS with the tracking number and courier details.
What happens if I am not available at the time of delivery?
- The courier will attempt delivery twice.
- If you miss both attempts, the order will be returned to us.
- Re-delivery will require an additional shipping charge.
Do you offer international shipping?
