We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and MasterCard/Visa payments.
- Standard delivery: 4 to 7 working days.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
- Free delivery on online and card payments.
- PKR 299 for Cash on Delivery (COD).
Yes. Exchange is offered within 30 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or faulty items, items that do not match specifications, or a wrong item/size shipped by us. A monetary refund is available only in select cases, such as when a replacement or correct size is out of stock.
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery via email or WhatsApp.
- Share photos or video of the issue for verification.
- We arrange a replacement at no additional shipping cost to you.
Once your order is dispatched, we send you an email or SMS with the tracking number and courier details.
- The courier will attempt delivery twice.
- If you miss both attempts, the order will be returned to us.
- Re-delivery will require an additional shipping charge.
Currently, we only deliver within Pakistan. International shipping updates will be announced later.
