At Wearable Outfit, we are committed to delivering premium quality apparel. If your order doesn't meet our quality standards or your expectations, we offer a structured exchange process.

Can I Exchange My Items?

We offer an exchange window of 60 Days from the date of delivery. You can request an exchange if:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or faulty.
  • The product does not match the specifications or is different from what you ordered.

Important: You must notify our support team within 1–2 days of delivery to initiate the process.

Exchange Procedure

  • Submit Evidence: Provide photo/video proof within 4 days of receiving the product.
  • Review: Each request is reviewed case-by-case for fair resolution.
  • Return Shipment: Send item back via your preferred courier.
  • Replacement: Replacement is dispatched after inspection.

When Exchange is Not Possible

  • Request made after given timeframes.
  • Product used, washed, or damaged by customer.
  • Altered or tampered items.
  • Missing tags, packaging, or accessories.
  • Sale or discounted items (final sale).

Shipping Policy for Exchanges

Return shipping cost is paid by the customer. However, if the issue is from our side (defect/wrong item), we cover replacement shipping.
