Can I Exchange My Items?

You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item(s) received is damaged, defective, or faulty.
  • The item(s) does not match the product specifications or is different from
    what was ordered.

Exchange Process

  • A replacement will be sent if the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Customers must provide photographic or video evidence of the issue within 4
    days of receiving the product

  • If the claim is approved, we will process the exchange and ship the correct product as soon as possible.

Scenarios Where Exchange is Not Possible

We may be unable to process exchanges under the following

  • The exchange request is made after the 7-day period.
  • The product has been used, washed, or damaged by the customer.
  • The product has been altered or tampered with.
  • Any missing item(s) from the package, such as tags, labels, origina packaging, or accessories.
  • Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are NOT available under any circumstances.
  • Only exchange is allowed if the item meets the criteria mentioned above.

How Can I Exchange My Items?

  • Customers must send the package back to our warehouse using any courier service of their choice.
  • Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange request.
