At Wearable Outfit, we take pride in the quality of our apparel. We want to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase. Please read our refund guidelines carefully:
1. 60-Day Satisfaction Period
We offer a 60-day window for customers to reach out regarding any issues with their order. If your product is defective, damaged, or significantly different from what you ordered, you are eligible for a resolution within this timeframe.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are primarily processed in the form of Product Exchanges.
A refund or replacement will be initiated if:
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- The product was damaged during transit.
- The wrong size or item was shipped by our team.
Note: To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags attached.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot offer a refund or exchange in the following cases:
- Change of mind after the order has been dispatched.
- Items damaged due to customer handling or washing.
- Sale or clearance items (these are final sale).
- Requests made after 60 days of delivery.
4. How to Request a Refund
To start the process, please follow these steps:

- Provide your Order Number and clear photos/videos of the issue.
- Once approved, send the item back to our warehouse via a courier of your choice.
5. Refund Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your claim.
- If approved, your replacement/exchange will be dispatched within 2-3 business days.
- In specific cases where a monetary refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method or via bank transfer within 7-10 working days.
